Just one week after he suspended his campaign, Texas Senator Ted Cruz dropped a bombshell when he revealed he may be coming back to the race.
According to The Hill, Cruz implied to Glenn Beck that he may unsuspend his campaign if he manages to win the Nebraska primary on Tuesday.
“We launched this campaign intending to win. The reason we suspended our campaign was that with the Indiana loss, I felt there was no path to victory,” Cruz said. “If that changes, we will certainly respond accordingly.”
When asked if he would support Donald Trump as the nominee, Cruz demurred.
“This is a choice every voter is going to have to make. I would note, it’s not a choice we as voters have to make today,” Cruz replied when asked about supporting Trump.
