Texas has been trying to stop Barack Hussein Obama ever since he took office, as their state of patriots never fell for his nonsense. Now, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is set to file a lawsuit against the president that may finally stop him in his tracks.
Millions of parents were furious when Obama submitted to transgenders by mandating that public schools must allow anyone to use the bathroom of their choice. According to The Political Insider, Paxton is fighting back against this by filing a lawsuit against Obama’s White House challenging its directive on how schools need to accommodate transgender students.
Sources have confirmed to the press that Paxton will announce the lawsuit on Wednesday in Austin.
A few weeks ago, Paxton hinted that he planned to take legal action against the Justice and Education Departments after they issued a letter to schools nationwide directing them to allow transgender students to use the bathroom that corresponds with their gender identity.
“If President Obama thinks he can bully Texas schools into allowing men to have open access to girls in bathrooms, he better prepare for yet another legal fight,” Paxton said in a statement reacting to the letter.
We applaud the great state of Texas for putting public safety above political correctness. SHARE this story if you stand with Texas against Obama!
