Hillary Clinton got some devastating news this week when a federal judge granted Judicial Watch permission to gather records and communication given from the White House to former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, Susan Rice in the wake of the deadly 2012 Benghazi attack.
According to GOP The Daily Dose, U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth granted Judicial Watch “limited discovery” to seek out “evidence of government wrong-doing and bad faith.” The ruling was made in a July 2014 Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit that was aimed at obtaining records related to the drafting and use of the Benghazi talking points.
Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton told reporters that his group is looking for the emails from Hillary Clinton that weren’t turned over to the government.
“Remember, she only turned over half the emails,” Fitton said. “But even those that she kept from the American people for so long included, for instance, the one she sent to her daughter the night of the attack saying it was a terror attack done by Al Qaeda, when an hour earlier she had told the American people it was inspired by a video and spontaneous demonstrations.”
“It gets into the information about how the system was set up, who was running it, who knew about it, who was using it, and what records may still exist, all of which obviously impact the Freedom of Information Act because we want any records that still exist to be reviewed and released under law,” he continued.
This ruling came as yet another nail in Hillary’s coffin. SHARE this story if you think she should be in jail!
