Donald Trump has been the GOP presidential frontrunner for months, and liberals are becoming increasingly desperate to stop him, which is clearer than ever given the tactics they’ve resorted to. Last night, one liberal thug took to drastic measures to take down The Donald. Unfortunately for him, however, things didn’t quite go according to plan…
Less than 24 hours after a Donald Trump rally in Chicago was cancelled due to violent protests, another Trump rally in Dayton, Ohio, made headlines when a person appeared to try to rush the stage from behind.
Trump was on stage and beginning his speech at the Dayton airport when he quickly turned around with a frightened look on his face. Some in the crowd can be heard screaming.
While no one can be seen doing anything to Trump, witnesses report someone tried rushing the stage. The Secret Service immediately ran up on stage and several officers surrounded Trump.
Once the person who created the disturbance escorted away, the crowd the booed the individual and then proceeded to chant Trump’s name. After a while they continued to chant for him as he reacclimated himself to the podium.
“Thank you for the warning. I was ready for ‘em, but it’s much better if the cops do it, don’t we agree,” Trump said.
Witnesses said the man who rushed the stage jumped over a barrier but never actually made it to the stage. He was stopped by security personnel who quickly placed him in plastic-style handcuffs.
The man was eventually identified as Thomas Dimassimo. For his actions, he was charged with disorderly conduct and inducing panic, said chief Mike Etter of the Dayton airport police
The only injuries identified thus far is a minor injury to a Secret Service officer.
