In Barack Obama’s latest attempt to destroy the Second Amendment, he is now having his FBI deny gun sales to Americans with misdemeanor convictions.
Last Thursday, Activist and patriot Gavin Seim, who is known for helping end the Malheur Wildlife Refuge standoff with the “final four,” was delayed and possibly even denied purchasing a gun by the FBI after he tried to buy one at a “big name sporting goods retailer.”
According to Three Percent Nation, Seim claims he was forced to fill out “absurd paperwork,” before the staff came back to him after a brief wait looking “uncomfortably” and told him that his application has been “delayed” and that they would not be able to sell him a gun.
When Seim called the FBI to complain, they told him they have the power to delay the transaction for up to three days. If they don’t get back to the store at all, the business may then sell Seim the firearm.
“Now get this it gets better — you can appeal the delay or the denial, they said, that takes six months or a year,” Seim said.
While speaking to the FBI, Seim learned that people with misdemeanors are being prevented from buying guns.
“One of the federal prohibitors is if you’ve been convicted of a misdemeanor for more than two years,” the FBI told Seim on the call.
Seim said this story is a grim reminder that if we don’t exercise our rights, we will lose them.
